I've installed Oracle Developer Suite 10g (9.0.4.0.1). When I want to run Oracle Forms, somtimes I get error in Window of Oracle Form Designer:

'Oracle Forms Designer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

Some form I can run, but some I can't.
I use Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 1.

Please can someone help me!

    uninstall the developer and to install again
    but the same problem
