الاخوة الاعزاء السلام عليكم عندما احاول عمل كريات لكستومر جديد بيطلعلي الايرور التالي:
provide a positive integer for minimum customer balance amount or percent when balance amount overdue type is amount or percent respectively
ارجو من الاخوان الافاضل المساعدة لي تلات ايام وانا واقف مع الخطأ دا

    customers-->profile classes

     

    هتفتح معاك شاشة customer profile classes

    اضغط على الكشاف find .. اختار default

    هتلاقي 3 تابات فوق:

    اضغط على profile class amounts

    هتلاقي فوق في الشمال currency وتحتها العملات..

    في الشاشة نفسها : خلي المبلغ 0 أو أي رقم صحيح قصاد Min Receipt Amount , Min Statement Amount

    وهكذا مع جميع العملات الموجودة هتخلي المبغ صفر او رقم صحيح..

    ثم بعد كده save..

    هتظهر لك رسالة .. اختار منها update all profile ثم اضغط ok

     

     

    وإن شاء الله هتشتغل معاك
