Publishing Dashboard Both In Arabic And English?

i created 2 version of 4 dashboard one is Arabic the other one is English , there are 2 public connection with both Arabic and English locale ,when i try to publish them in the website if i choose the Arabic connection all the dashboards will be arabic even in the English version of the web page the same goes for the English ones ,
how can i separates both of them so that in the Arabic page i got my Arabic dashboard and in the English page i got the English ones?
