[i have installed oracle and when i tried to run the application i got logon screen with username,password and database, i checked the tnsnames and every thing was good and when i connected to database through sqlplus through cmd i got the following error

ORA-12546 : TNS: permission denied but i was able to connect to database through SQL*Plus, i tried to attached screen shots of my issue but i could not because of the file size.
glad to any one help me.
