فجأة وبدون اي مقدمات تعطلت عندي قاعدة البانات و لم استطيع فتحها , حيث انة تظهر رسالة تنبهني بانني لااستطيع فتح قاعدة البيانات , ولا حتى استطيع عمل تصدير للبيانات ... ارجوا المساعدة السريعة لان البيانات هامة جداً .

    try to connect



    if windows
    run
    cmd
    sqlplus /as sysdba

    startup


    the DB will be opened


    if unix

    open a terminal

    sqlplus /as sysdba

    startup

    that is why I think .if the things did not work out with you please, upload the error.
