طلب مني في احد الحلول لمشكله واجهت قسم ال Devoloper الخطوه التاليه التي لم افهم منها شيئ

Step 3 - Activating the User Session Level Trace (Optional, if Trace files are needed use this step)
There are times when the Document Approval Manager is failing due to a performance issue, or the information generated from the above steps is not adequate to properly diagnose the problem.

This requires the setting of the following profile for the user who will replicate the problem. Set the Profile Option: 'Initialization SQL Statement - Custom' at his user level to the following statement all on ONE LINE (and these are all single quotation marks, no double quotations):

BEGIN FND_CTL.FND_SESS_CTL('','', '', 'TRUE','','ALTER SESSION SET TRACEFILE_IDENTIFIER='||''''||'APPRV_ERR' ||''''||' EVENTS ='||''''||'10046 TRACE NAME CONTEXT FOREVER, LEVEL 12 '||''''); END;

NOTE: This step must be done by someone other than the user that will create and approve the PO so that tracing is not turned on. For example, have the SYSADMIN do this step for this user.
After the profiles are set and the trace files are located, please tkprof the trace files and upload both the tkprof files and the raw trace files via My Oracle Support to the service request handling the approval manager failure.
