الاخوة الاعزاء

لقد قمت بتنزيل اوركل 10g
على جهازى وقمت بانشاء قاعدة بيانات
المشكلة عندما احاول فتح em
I got this message
The database status is currently unavailable. It is possible that the database is in mount or nomount state. Click 'Startup' to obtain the current status and open the database. If the database cannot be opened, click 'Perform Recovery' to perform an appropriate recovery operation.
and when click on startup asking me from OS username and passord, also database username & password.
when intering the users names and passwords it tel me wrong password


please help !!!!!!!!!!
