I Can't Resolve The Ora - 00600 Error

السلام عليكم ورجمة الله وبركاته
I tried to log on the database and i got ora-01033 , i reviewed my alert log file which had the following lines :

Errors in file d:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\test\udump\test_ora_1604.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr1_lastbwr], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-600 signalled during: ALTER DATABASE OPEN...

my database version is 10g R2 , OS WIN 2003 SERVER

what can i do ?

    open youur DB in Mount mode and then recover it
