i have installed Oracle 11g server in windows server 2008 and the domain & active directory r created now i am trying to create the databse i am getting usual error (tns protocol adapter error ) in the 2% i have removed the domain and the active directory from windows then i created but this is not a solutions i need to create the data base in the domain server
i need a help ASAP

قمت بتحميل اوراكل 11 جي على الويندوز سيرفر 2008 مع العلم انة الدومين انعمل في السيرفر بعد كذا بعمل ال داتا بيس من ال data base configuration assistant يوصل لحد 2% بعد كذا يعطيني ايرور ora-12560 tns: protocol adapter error
ممكن احد يعطيني اي حل بدون ما احذف الدومين لانة لو حذفت الدومين حقدر اعمل الداتابيس
