بشكل عام اريد تحليل نظام عن اسعارة الكتب

وهذي نسخة من المطلوب;

1-Outcome:

1. To demonstrate an understanding of systems concepts and the IS environment.
2. To explain the need for systems planning and investigation.


Information gathering is the key to successful analysis of any system. A good system analyst
should know what information to gather, where to find it, how to collect it and what to make out
of it.
A campus bookstore wants to improve handling of textbook orders. Right now, the orders
are placed on a paper form from instructors, the information is copied by a clerk, andpurchase orders are generated and sent to the publishers. An automated system is to be
developed.


You have to investigate any one of the problem statements by visiting a similar existing
scenario; assess the problems with the existing system, then come up with recommendations
for the improved system. After the information gathering, explain the pattern of the system in
action. You can make your own assumptions also.
Based on your study and the assumptions made, you have to answer the following questions:


1. Identify the inputs, outputs and process of the current system.

2. Describe the various sub systems, information flow and interfaces.

3. Identify different end users of the system along with their responsibilities.

4. Suggest your recommendations for the improved system

5. Justify the point that the recommended new system will improve the existing system.
