اريد معرفة من اخواني الكرام كيفية اضافة مكتبة webutl الى دفلوبر 10 وكيفية التعامل معها

In the attached file fisrt open "Webutil_Configuration.txt" and follow the steps to configure the webutil and other files contains jar's, dll's and bat files used for configurations
