C:\oracle\crs\BIN>ocrcheck
this command check the OCR file and its Mirror file. It should be succesfull

C:\oracle\crs\BIN>crsctl query css votedisk
show the path of your voting disks on the shared storage

C:\oracle\crs\BIN>olsnodes -n -p -i
show the number of nodes you have on the cluser,server names and the ethernets name

C:\oracle\crs\BIN>crs_stat -t
to check the services status (database,instances,asm,listeners,vip,..) on the system, it should be online

C:\oracle\crs\BIN>srvctl status database -d spadata
to show the Instances status on your database , it should be running.

To check the fail over in your database, shutdown one instance and try to connect to database.
you should login direct to the running instance.
and do it again also for the other instance.to be sure the fail over working well
