    ادخل الي sqlplus ك SYS/ as sysdba
    ثم اكتب الامر

    shutdown immediate


    و لاعادة التشغيل 

    startup

    اما لو كنت تقصد خروجك نهائيا وانت على sql window دة عن طريق انك بتقوم بكتابة الامر quit ثم تضغط enter
    سيتضح لك اقفال sql window تماما وشكرا
