plz give me the steps to open tar with oracle

I very confuse

1-you must first have a metalink account
2-if you have a metalink account connect to Oracle Support website https://supporthtml.oracle.com and login with your username and password
3-press Service Request link in the home page , this will lead you to the Service Request home page
4-from Service Request press Create SR and follow the instructions

I have aready copmany account
but i need the steps to open this TAR
and how i can fllowo this TRA with ORACLE

follow the steps I sent in my last reply to open a new TAR with Oracle
to monitor the TAR you will have an email from Oracle notifying youthat the TAR was updated then you will go the Oracle support website and check the update
