Actually I have got 2 Database Servers, an Oracle DB and MS SQL DB, all i need is, when an update occurs in a field in the Oracle DB, i need it somehow updates immediately the corresponding filed in the MS SQL in the same network.

So if anyone has a way to do this, could you please kindly post it.
