i did the following steps in oracle 9204 installation on RHEL 3 U 4

i created the following:

group : dba
users : dba , oracle
password : oracle for both users


1) Creating Oracle Directories:
##############################

su - root
mkdir -p /u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0
chown -R oracle.dba /u01
mkdir /var/opt/oracle
chown oracle.dba /var/opt/oracle
chmod 777 /var/opt/oracle


2) Setting Oracle Environments

export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1

export ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
export ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_BASE/product/9.2.0

export ORACLE_SID=ora9igf
export ORACLE_TERM=xterm

export NLS_LANG=AMERICAN;
export ORA_NLS33=$ORACLE_HOME/ocommon/nls/admin/data
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib:/lib:/usr/lib
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export PATH=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/bin

3) Applying the patch ok
4) starting the installer as oracle user which is a member of dba group
5) once installer started i did the following:

* at Inventory location i choosed /home/oracle/orainventory then ok
**at unix group i used dba then next, i followed the message appeared then continue
*** at file location ( name: OUIHOME ) and the path is ok then next
**** at avaliable product Oracle 9i Database 9.2.0.4.0 then next
***** At installation type Enterprise(2.8) then choosed software only then ok
****** at component locations i got the following error

you don't have sufficient privileges to write to the spicified path in component
Database Configuration Assistant 9.2.0.1.0 installation cannot continue for this component



please help to solve this error

اخوي تنزيل اوراكل 9i كان مستحيل قبل الفيرجين 9.2.0.4 و حتى بعدها ظل في مشاكل لحد ما طلعة اوراكل 10g فالافظل انه تروح على 10g او 11g اما اذا مصر تنزل 9i فهي لنك لتنزيله على rhel3
