the second step create form with 2 data block
first data block munwal text item with name path for Image path
Button with name load
second data block wizard for table Emp_pic

finally write trigger on buttom when_button_pressed
Read_image_file(:control.path,null,'emp_pic.pic');

property for imag item sizing style Adjust
