Installing Oracle 9204 On Rhel 3u4

hi
i manage to install oracle 9204 on RHEL 3u4
after the installer started i specified the inventory location ok
unix group and choose Enterprise edition in the Installation type
and choose software only
once i click next i got the following error

Err: you don't have sufficient privileges to write to
the specified path in component Database Configuration Assistant
9.2.0.1.0

Installation cannot continue for this component


please help me to fix that error
