Hello

I am a stupid person when it comes to hardware. I acquired a zone...application, that was from the uni I will go to. And after that and a full scan, I could no longer use fire fox or jabber messenger. I manually deleted them and downloaded them again, shut down-turn on my computer hundres times, but nothing is working. I keep getting a message that something needs to be done with my fire wall and HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports.

Any advice any of you?

    u can disable the computer's firewall and install other program workin as firewall
    i.e : zone alarm program
