Hello Please help me

i have export a database from Oracle 8 and tray to importing from a database 10G

i got problem that the Arabic language within the inside tables are all incoming as ?????? char. What is the solution plllllz help me

    before, you execute the imp command
    plz change the nls_lnag by cmd prompt with
    this command set nls_lang=AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256
