Oracle announced that Oracle Database 10g will be supported on Sun's Solaris 10 Operating System (OS) for Intel Xeon, AMD Opteron and SPARC processor-based architectures. At the moment, Oracle Database 10g is generally available for Solaris 9 OS for x86 systems
