I have an Oracle 7 dmp file Which Export done in WE8PC850 character set and WE8ISO8859P1 NCHAR character set
I want to import this file to oracle 8.0.5 with ar8mswin1256 character set and WE8ISO8859P1 NCHAR character set
so arabic character seems like

what i can do to solve this proplem

    The default Charset for ORA80 is AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

    try to
    I think WE8ISO8859P1--------> ar8mswin1256 is possible charset Convertion !
    Try to set your NLS_LANG TO WE8ISO8859P1

    TO MATCH your source DB file or Export your database again with the needed
    charset.
