I Need to put my Goals for the coming year

I have finished some certification
• Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert
• Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Associate(OCA)

My next plan in training and certifications:
Taking certification in Database Administrator 10g Certified Professional(OCP)

Also I’m going to take a course in Microsoft SQL Server for DBA

I’m Stuck in putting other career’s goals

I am also junior oracle database administrator i let you know about my goals

1-You have to read more and more about all oracle products and technologies specially thee products which related to database and their features to build good information background about oracle database and other oracle products

2- Try to practice any thing you have to have a test environment to try all the commands and type of installation to be ready for any live or production tasks .

3- try to get all oracle database certificates to improve your experience with official certification.

4- Try to know about all environments which related to oracle database like application network communication and data protection .
