كيف نعمل registry للform ,و ال reportsعلى الapplacation

First of all you need to log in on oralce applications with "System Administrator " Responsibility

on the menu do the following

go concurrent --> Program --> Executable
fill in the fields
EXECUTABLE = form name.fmx without the extension .fmx (should be copied on the server .fmx)
SHORTNAME = any name you choose
APPLICATION = oracle application you need to the form to appear on ie (Oracle Receivables)
Description = any desc you choose
Execution Method = choose from list
Execution file name = the name of your fmx file with out .fmx

save the record and yor done

على ردك الواضح الي استفدنا منه جميعا واحب اضيف انه هالطريقة بعد تستخدم ل تسجيل التقارير

the method you explained is used to register reports and not forms

for reports registeration
login using the sysadmin responsibility
go to concurrent >>programs>>> excecutable
define the report name and ececution method is oracle reports (note that there is no forms in the methods
after that go to concurrent >>programs >>define
to define your report name and the report parameters

note that after you did the previous steps you have to add the report to the correct request group

but i think we can use it in forms 2 it worked with me wo i will be glad to learn a better way to register forms

no u can't use this method for forms this method os for rgistering concurrent requests only either reports ,processes,......
for forms it's another story also whether u'll register a new application under the apps ,also register ur datagroup or use the standard data group provide the db user name and password
OR if u want just to add the form to an existing application u should register the form itself and attach it to a menu item

please refer to the application developer user guide in the apps documentation
