أريد أن أعرف سبب المشكلة TNS Adapter Error وماهو الحل؟

    هل هذا هو الخطأ TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
    تأكد أخي الكريم أن السنير شغال
    لتشغيله من خلال ابدأ ثم run اكتب lsnrctl ثم start

    وابحث في المنتدى برقم الخطأ ستجده
    ولمعرفة المزيد اتبع الرابط ده
