الماليه
وغير ذالك

عن طريق التحدث مع الذين يتعاملون مع الحولات الماليه اولا

اخواانى لم استطع ان اجد على التحليل اخاص بنظام الحوالات الماليه
على الرغم اني قد قرات اغلب المواضيع في المنتدى

اخواني ارجو المساعده في رسم الuse case للنظام الحوالات
والتي فيها عندي
ثلاث وضايف رئيسيه
1.الاجرات (او الحركه )في الحوالات الماليه وتظم
اصدار دفع تعديل حذف
2. استعلام وتضم
الاستعلم برقم الحواله
الاستعلام باسم المرسل
الاستعلام باسم المستقبل
3. التقاريير وتضم
تقرير تفصيلي عن الحوالات الصادره
تقرير اجمالي عن الحولات المدفوعه
تقرير اجمالي عن الحوالات الصادره
تقرير تفصيلي عن الحولات المدفوعه




والان نريد ان نعمل الرسم باستخدام use case

هذا نموذج يريدنا ان نمشي على نفس النمط

1 USE CASE: RESERVE FACILITIES (REQ 200)

1.1 BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This use case allows the clerk to reserve facilities at UUM Sport Complex.

1.2 PRE-CONDITIONS
Clerk must successfully log into the system.

1.3 CHARACTERISTIC OF ACTIVATION
Execution depends on user demands.

1.4 FLOW OF EVENTS
1.4.1 Basic Flow
• This use case begins when the user select “RESERVATION” button at system main menu.
• The system shall display Reservation Panel on the screen.
• Clerk key in user id., name, type of facilities, date and time through Reservation Panel.
• Clerk will select “OK” button.[A-1: Reset] [A-2: Cancel]
• The system will verify the particulars [E-1: Incomplete Information].
• Then the system shall check reservation information. [E-2: Reservation Full]
• The system shall calculate the payment and display the reservation information and the amount of payment at reservation panel.
• This use case end when clerk press “MAIN MENU” button.

1.4.2 Alternative Flow
A-1: Reset
The system shall clear all the fields.

A-2: Cancel
Clerk decided to cancel the operation and system display the main menu.
1.4.3 Exceptional Flow
E-1:Invalid Information
The system will display “Invalid Information” message and ask the user to enter the complete information.

E-2: Reservation Full
The system will display “Reservation Full” and ask the user to key in new reservation particulars.
1.5 POST-CONDITIONS
Clerk can cancel or make queries about reservation particulars. Related files will be updated.

1.6 LIMITATION
Not applicable.
