يوجد طريقة وصلت لها للحصول على السيريال بتاع الهارد و تخزينة فى قاعدة البيانات

i did the following to get the serial number of the HD
- i used the package Text_io to create a batch file , the batcha file has this line
vol c:>c:\tarek.txt
the line returns the serial number of partion C: and stores it in a text file in the HD
- use the built in HOST to call the batch
Host('c:\mybatch.bat');
--then use the TEXT_IO package to read the serial number stored in the file that the batch file created "tarek.txt"
now you can store the content of the file on your database
