Hotel was established in 1st April, 2008 with the aim of providing quality accommodation for budget conscious business travelers.
The management of the hotel decided that they need to invest in a hotel information management system (called Hotel Front Desk Management System – HFDMS) to systematically manages the following:
(i) Single or group reservation of hotel rooms
(ii) Single or group check-in and check-out (with or without reservation)
(iii) Reservation of banquet or conference rooms
(iv) Maintenance of hotel rooms
a. Room Type (single, double, suite, etc)
b. Room Availability (available, reserved, occupied)
c. Room Status (dirty, cleaning in progress, damaged, etc)
d. Season and off-peak room rates
e. Etc
(v) Corporate or Individual Billing
a. Room Charges
b. Room Service
c. Telephone Charges
d. Food and Beverage
e. Laundry
f. Etc

على فكرة ايش الفرق بين الــ Entities في كل من ERD و DFD ؟؟
