you have to use the respnsability of HRMS like "Global HRMS Manager

then in the node of Total Compansation
then you will find the Finction Of Absence Types

in then form you define the absence type and choose this absence type will be for which element

to give vacation for employee you can enter vacation for him form enter and maintain form then others then Absence


to make the absence type work as accrual plan you have to make accrual plan from total compansation then accrual plan and the accrual plan with the absence type and the accrual formula you can use the defaults
