الايرور ده بيظهر لي لما بدخل على ال enterpise manager
وبحاول مثلا اعمل اي حاجة عليه - مثلا بحاول اعمل shut down للداتا بيز
يطلع لى الايرور ده بعد مابكتب ال host credintials

    open the command line and put
    <emctl stop dbconsole

    then start the emctl
    emctl start dbconsole
