هذا رقم الخطأ لما اتصل 12203

ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect to destination

هذا الخطا لأنك لم تكتب اسم الـداتا بيز Database Name في Service او host string في الـ SQL

ياليت توضح أخوي

open net 8 easy config
2- choose service name and write any name "oracle " fro example
3- click next
4-write the global database name (it is the name which you write when installing oracle )
5- click next
6-choose protocol tcp/ip
7- write the hostname(the computer name or ip address)
8-click next then finsh
open sqlplus
log on as scott/tiger@oracle
