When Run Report Server Rwreport Error

So iam looking to other way
and find go this path C:\DevSuiteHome_1\BIN and run rwserver
that show me the message please consult the instillation guide for how to set up and run this program
pls find attach file for this error
if any way for first step to hide URL for user or don't show user&pass that will be great
if second its also great
