عند تعديل جدول
بواسطة الامر
Alter
وحيث ان الجدول يتضمن بيانات قد تصل الى 3 مليون سجل
هذا الجدول متصل متصل ببيئة العمل بمعنى لا يمكن عمل اطفاء للقاعدة البيانات وجميع المستخدمين حاليا متصليين بهذا الجدول وفى
الوقت نفسه عند التعديل
تظهر المشكلة التالية
ORA-00054 resource busy and acquire with NO WAIT specified

what alter command did u do when this error occurred
this error means that there's DML statments are now online on this table while u altering it

alter table table_name add filed_name varchar2(10)
بالاضافة الى

alter procedure procedure_name compile
اثناء عمل قاعدة البيانات

you have to close all sessions running on this table before you can alter it

If i kill all sessions in database , this is means all working users are stop , so all current data will be loss , i think this is not good if you are working in IT department
i will search about others solution

Try do that when no one is working.

do that by a job in the night.
