ليه يا جماعة كل لما ادخل على الداتا بيز بتاعتى باليوزر sys as sysdba

مع العلم انها كانت شغالة تمام قبل كده لحد ماجت مرة وانا شغال النور قطع ومن ساعتها وهو بيطلع الرسالة دي ولازم كل لما ادخل على داتا بيز اعمل امر startup عشان تقوم
مع العلم انى بستخدم نظام تشغيل لينوكس
بس لما بعمل امر start بيشتغل تمام لحد لما اعمل ريستارت للينوكس وادخل تانى يطلع نفس الرسالة كل مرة

You didn't configure your database to startup with linux startup.so when you connect to database it is in shutdown mode and you have to start it up each time.
you must configure your database to startup after linux startup using the following:

1-open your oratab file
This file is either found in the /var/opt/oracle or the /etc directories.
gedit oratab

2-edit the file and add this line
orcl:/opt/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1:Y

where orcl is your database name

/opt/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1 is your oracle_home

Y is used to startup the database with linux startup
