Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HRMS as a Techno- Functional/ Technical Consultant with minimum of 3 implementations.

Following skills are mandatory:

Good Functional knowledge of any three of the following:
HRMS modules.
HR.
Payroll.
SSHR.
Oracle Learning management.
Performance Management.
Oracle Time and Labour.
Good understanding of HRMS Schemes.
Good in Troubleshooting & Bug fixing.
Experience in HR & Payroll APIs.
Experience in Discoverer Reports.
Good in SQL and PL/ SQL.

Any of two skills from the below are mandatory:

Experience in Workflows ( Custom & Seeded).
Experience in AME.
Experience in XML publisher.
Experience in User-hook programming.
