• What is the purpose of the system?
The purpose of this system:
 Enter all the information about legal system in one system.
 Organization data step by step between departments.
 To provide a batter and safer means of storing data.
 Quick communication across department.
 Add or delete any data or document inside the case file.

• How many users are using the system?
The system contains 103 users, 85 secretary sections and all of them working in same system.
• What are the inputs typically used by the system?
The input Royal Oman Police (ROP) goes to legal system to give Registration section (Case Registration) case files. The case files include case no, case type, case security and incident no.
• What output is expected/ generated from the system?
Output: Verdict then send detail case to registration section to close case.
• How does the information flow happen?
the judicial system is categorized into four sections.
1. Registration section (Case Registration).
2. legal officer (Members)
3. Secretary section.
4. Execution and follow-up of judgment.



Oman Police (ROP) goes to legal system to give Registration section (Case Registration) case files then the user in Registration section to enter all data in FORM and send to legal officer (Members) to Study, after that it send back to Registration section. The Registration section send to Secretary section to fall the data in FORM and send mail to legal officer (Members) and Registration section to know the place, date and time of court , after the judgment .The Secretary section send mail to Registration section and Execution and follow-up of judgment. The Execution and follow-up of judgment complete the step of judicial.

The data store in archives and in the system program.


Concept system
The judicial system is concerned with every detail of a case or its related transaction since it reaches the Public Prosecution until the final of execution and follow-up of the judgments. Therefore, the judicial system is categorized into four sections.
1. Registration section (Case Registration).
2. Case Examiner (Members).
3. Secretary section.
4. Execution and follow-up of judgment.
These four main sections are completing each other. Each one has a specific function. However, one section can carry on all stages of the legal proceeding apart from the other sections. The system is categorized as if the case was deal in real-life situation.

Then the user in Registration section register case and enter all data in FORM like OPP no, office name, year and case no then send to legal officer (Members) to case Study if legal agree to case study or not if disagree send mail to Registration section to give case to another legal, after that it send back to Registration section. The Registration section send to Secretary section to fall the data in FORM and send mail to legal officer (Members) and Registration section to know the place, date and time of court , after the judgment .The Secretary section send mail to Registration section and Execution and follow-up of judgment. The Execution and follow-up of judgment complete the step of judicial.

List of objective
 Convert the current manual process to a computerized one. This will reduce paper work and will save resources on such things as stationary.
 The system will streamline and organize the work at the Public Prosecution. Data can easily be stored, retrieved and reviewed.
 The system helps the file of case come quickly to the Public Prosecution than the manual system.
 To facilitate conversion of current paper-based form into e-forms; i.e., data is maintained in e-form.
 To provide a batter and safer means of storing data.
 Try to make the office paper-free as for as possible.
 To facilitate quicker and faster way of extracting the information incorporating searches techniques.
 Quick communication across department (If possible we will try).
 Perform analysis and generate a lot of statistical reports.
