form build_pre_exam add data into pre_exam table

list item المفروض يدخل السؤال واربع اختيارات وبعدين يختار من
انهى واحده الاجابه الصح وعلى اساس كده يحط فى الجدول قيمه 1 بالاجابه الصح و 0 بالغلط


for example if he select choose 1 (from list item) ,insert into answer1 = 1
for example if he select choose 2 (from list item),insert into answer2 = 1

ممكن توضح لى ازاى خطوه خطوه
