السلام عليكم

i am working now on new system using oracle 10g and i facing big problem in webutil configration in order to the client_get_file_name working

i was searched on internet and others forums but all is give document solution with many many steps that i must do but the problem is the document is not clear and i losed my time in reading without any result so please if any one can expliane in simple mannar how i can browse the dialog box in order to upload the picture from my client to database
