السلام عليكم ورحميه الله وبركاته

اريد حل لهذه المشكلة لو امكن وجزاه الله الف خير
المشكلة لما ابدأ اشتغل في الاوراكل وبالخصوص في الداتابيس واعمل كننكت يقول Oracle Not avialeble

1- Control Pannel => Administrative Tools =>services => OracleServiceORCL
Right click => start
try to connect to database
2-if you still not able to connect and you get this error (ORA-01034: ORACLE Not Available ORA-27101: Shared Memory Realm does not exist)
-open my sql
-write this in the username textbox:
/ as sysdba
-if connected then:
-write this commands
1-shutdown immediate (واضغط انتر)
then write this command
2-startup mount (اضغط انتر)
then write this command
3-alter database open (واضغط انتر)
