If u have a table that contains Hierarchical data u can get ur Hierarchical Data by:

1- Select Name
From Accounts
Start with ACC_ID = ur_paren_id
Connect by Prior ID = ACC_ID

(This if u have a parent & want his childs)

2- Select Name
From Accounts
Start with ID = ur_child_id
Connect by Prior ID = ACC_ID

(This if u have a child & want his parents)



This is new for me so i thinked anyone of u may need it.
