اربعة ايام على التوالي وانا احاول الدخول على الـــSQL وتظهر لي الرسالة
ORA-01033:ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
انتظرت اكثر من ساعة بلا جدوى,,,
ارجو ممن عنده اي فكرة ان يرشدنا

1- press start them run
2- type sqlplusw /nolog
3- in the sqlplus window type sql> conn sys/change_on_install as sysdba (login using ur sys account)
4- after logining in type sql>shutdown immediate
5- sql>startup nomount
if no errors occured then continue
6- sql>alter database mount;
if no errors occured then continue
6- sql>alter database open;

u should see the error in one of the previous steps get it & paste it here to make us help u if u did not solve it urself.

جربت ما اقترحته و كانت النتيجة كالتالي:

SQL> conn sys/outofmind@orcldb as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified


SQL> conn sys/outofmind@orcldb
ERROR:
ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

ولا ادري اين المشكلة....

open the registry
search for NLS_LANG

u will find many of it(2 or 3 i think)

tell me the value that u wrote in it.
all of them.

Then do the following:
from the command prompt choose run then
SQLPLUSW /nolog
sql>sys/outofmind@orcldb as sysdba
when connected
sql>startup nomount
then
sql>show parameter nls

then give me the result that appears

حصلت لي اليوم نفس المشكله وقلت اكيد بلقى الحل عند اخواني
وفعلا عملت هذه الخطوات لحدي ما جيت عند startup nomount
واعطاني هذه النتيجه
ORACLE instance started.
ORA-12523:TNS:listener could not find instance appropriate for the client connection

لا اعرف ماذا افعل فهل من مساعده؟
