لو سمحتم يا جماعة الخير, كيف أعيد فتح حساب تم إقفاله ؟

    أخي الكريم توجد طريقتان :

    1- تدخل كمستخدم sys as sysdba
    ثم نفذ الأمر
    ALTER USER "username" ACCOUNT UNLOCK
    2-الطريقة الثانية من console ادخل أيضا sys as sysdba
    from the tree

    yourdatabase--->security--->Users-->click the user you wnat to unlock--->Unlocked option--->Apply

    it is not important to login as a sysdba u can login using system/manager
