Can't Find The Oracle Report Builder Program Icon

hi everybody
this is soo urgent please somebody help
i installed the oracle database 10g and a Cd written on it (oravle Application server forms and report services10g 9.0.4.0.0) i can't find the oracle report builder icon i have in start menu the following report service , form service in the report services there are the report converter , queue manager
is it wrong CD so what is the right one should be titled???
