عادي اذا كان بسيط !!

هذا المطلوب من الريبورت بروجكت :

1-Choose any organization which you are familiar .

2-Identify information related to the following concepts.

a.Organizational Vision, Mission.
b.Goals and objectives.
c.Strategies.
d.Stakeholders(Primary ,secondary).
e.Decision making.
f.Organizational Design.
g.Any other information related to the management concepts.

3-Analysis of Data .

a.Explain nautre of business.
b.Describe whether vision,mission goals and strategies are suitable to this organization or if not give your suggestions.
c.Explain how stakeholders influence to the organization.
d.Analysis organization design based on basic principles.
