أستخدم الكود التالي لتكبير نافذة الـ MDI :
Set_Window_Property(Forms_MDI_Window,Window_State,Maximize);

كيف أقوم بتوسيط النافذة الوليدية Child في منتصف شاشة الـ MDI

I dont have the code for that now but soon i will apply it for u, cuz the forms developer is not instaled on my machine
but here is the algorithem that u can use.

Store the forms_mdi_window hight and width. lets say x1,y1
get the new window hight and width. x2,y2.

now set the new window position x_pos = (x1-x2) / 2,
y_pos= (y1-y2)/2.

and i wish that will do the trick.
