ياجماعة عندى مشكلة فى تشغيل الريبورت سيرفر

ياجماعة انا شغال oracle forms 10g وعايز run report from forms
وفى التريجر اللى بيشغل الريبورت من الفورم كتبت هذا الكود

web.show_document('http://127.0.0.1:8889/reports/rwservlet?report=D:\MOSLEM\Reports\dept.jsp&destype=cache&desformat=htmlcss&userid=scott/tiger@orcl&dpt='||:dpt_txt);


وفى command prompt كتبت الكود ده rwserver server=repsrver10 autostart=yes
وظهرت لى هذه الرسالة

reports server is ready

ومع ذلك لم يحدث run للريبورت وظهرلى هذا الارور
REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server rep_kimo failed

فما هو الخطأ وماذا افعل ارجوكم افيدونى
