and explain it relation with hr model

Your question on how to define a buyer, please note that Purchase Requisition can be performed without defining the user as a buyer.

Buyer is required for the purpose of creating a PO, and first you need to define an employee through HR, and this should be an active employee, then through sysadmin responsibility, navigate to security, user, and ensure that the right side field [Person] is selected with the employee name
Once this is finished then you can go to the purchasing module and navigate to setup, personnel, buyers and add that employee name.

Hope this will clear things but remmber any employee can create a PR, and can inquire for his own created PR's, unless he is set as a buyer.

1- but i need to confirm if i can but any job for the buyer in job filed of the employee exist in hr module .

2- is there any relation between the jobs exist in purchasing module and job exist in hr module .

if there any document detail like these issue i will be appritaite for u.

In purchasing setup there is two kinds , it depends if u are having HR module with Purchasing or only Purchasing module. Anyway u define the buyer in the setup screen of purchasing where u will find an option called buyer. This has nothing to do with the name or job of the HR . In HR you can assign any job to the buyer such as Proc. Supervisor, or senior buyer.

Purchasing buyer should be identified at the end in the setup screen under Buyer, i hope it is clear, and in both cases inusre you go to the system admin respon, and ensure person is filled.

another problem that i must idntify document type for each job that I defined in hr .
