i have install oracle 9i on win xp & then configure the Oracle management servr(oms) and all componants like intelligent agent & run the service
then i login to Oracle intrpris manager from oracle management server then log in to database as sys & as system as sysdba to make backup database from Entrprise Manager but there is errror called insufficent privellge error no: ora- 01031
pls notify me how to create backup
