عادة مايكون لكل نظام مستويات مختلفة من المستخدمين. فمثلا يكون هناك مدير النظام ويكون هناك المستخدمين بصلاحيات مختلفة حسب وظائفهم واحتياجاتهم ولايكون للكل كافة الصلاحيات ولايطلع الجميع على كافة البيانات او لايكون للكل القدرة على الحذف والتعديل وغيرها. وفي معظم الاحيان تكون مجموعات المستخدمين كما يلي :

Group Name
Roles
Group Members

Admin
All Insertion, deletion, updating, creating new users, modifying authority levels, setting & changing passwords. Complete access for all tables and forms. Backup and restore for database.
probably one admin for this kind of system

Managers
Insert, Delete, Update on all tables, monitor Users performance. Cannot create users or update users information.
This system will also have one manager

PowerUser
Insert, Update, only for candidates table, Insert, Update on Events and Votes tables
All users responsible for contacts with candidates, production, different TV show operations

Users
This group can only view and print reports on candidates, Events, Episodes, and Votes tables.
Receptionists and viewers support employees.
