اخواني الاعزاء كيف يمكن لي من جعل المستخدم فقط يستطيع عمل query للشاشات من دون السماح له بعمل
تعديل او حذف

كيف لي من حجب بعض التقارير عن المستخدمين بحيث يستطيع كل مستخدم ان يرى التقارير التي تعنيه فقط

بافتراض سيت اب ده عنصر فى القائمة
اعمل جدول به اسم المستخدم والباسورد والصلاحية
وفى القائمة ضعselect للسكيورتى اذا وجد ان هذا المستخدم امامه واحد فى عمود الصلاحية مثلا

if then(......عمود الصلاحية لهذا المستخدم=1(
set_item_property .........visible ...true
end if;
واجعل هذا العنصر فى القائمة اساساinvisible
بذلك ياتى المستخدم للدخول لدخول لا يظهر العنصر بالقائمة الا لو كان الصلاحية له تساوى واحد

وزد بجدول الصلاحيات اعمدة
insert_allow,del_allow_,update_allow
وهذه المرة ضع select فى كل فورمه من جدول الصلاحيات
when_new_form_instance

لو هذا المستخدم insert_allow=1 مثلا
set_block_property('blockname',insert_allow,property_true)
وطبعا البلوك كله مغلق كدفولت من insert del update

if this is a standard form then look for the form parameters many of these has a form parameter of query_only set it to yes in the form registeration and thus it will be query only version of the form .
for the reports you can create a new request group with the set of reports you selected and assign it to the responsibility for which you want to restrict the users access to this set of reports

Yes that's why you have to register a new form for this on the same fmx with this parameter set as query_only
just register a new form with a different name and leave the original form for the authorized users but for the query only ones assign them the new form
note that you don't have to realy create a new form just you need to register the new one and base it on the original fmx and change the parameter
